This Privacy Policy explains what information GroRank ("GroRank," "we," "us") collects through grorank.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. GroRank is operated by Peter Baah. By using this Site, you agree to the practices described below.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider logs standard technical data for security and performance purposes, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. GroRank does not currently use analytics platforms, advertising pixels, or non-essential tracking cookies on this Site.

• Service providers: Form submissions are processed through an automation workflow (n8n, hosted at rankn8n.com) that routes your inquiry to GroRank for follow-up.
• Hosting provider: Our web host (IONOS) stores standard server logs as part of operating the Site.
• Legal requirements: If required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

4. SMS / Mobile Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from GroRank related to your inquiry, including missed-call follow-up, appointment scheduling and reminders, and other customer service or service-related communications. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

No sharing for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are disclosed only to the messaging and automation providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of sending the messages described above.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and help. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; we will then stop texting that number. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.

5. Cookies and Tracking

This Site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before doing so.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
