Meet Peter Baah
GroRank was founded by Peter Baah, a U.S. Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, to help service businesses stop losing customers to missed calls, slow follow-up, and manual busywork.
Peter spent more than a decade in health information management, where accuracy, compliance, and reliable systems were non-negotiable. He went on to earn a prompt engineering certificate from Vanderbilt University and began experimenting with AI tools to understand how they could help businesses run more efficiently, so owners and their teams can focus on the work that really matters.
